Update focusing on real-time shared rolling. Also implements some feedback from Reddit.
- Changed default dice roller result state to expanded
- Added risk level selector to dice roller. The selector can be used to set the risk level, but it will also update itself when the number of risk dice is changed.
- Added the ability to join tables with other players. History is shared between all players and will be lost once all players leave the table.
